As far as videotaping/recording/photographing Sunny Day shows goes, the band doesn't care if someone wants to do it.  There is no possible way we could maintain a list of people who have requested permission, so if the venue will allow it, then the band has no problem with it.
They do however prefer it if they don't have a bunch of photographers in the area between the barricade and stage and they also appreciate flash-less photography.  Additionally, soundboard feeds are a thing of the past, they all-too-often end up for sale.  Otherwise everything is a-okay- depending on club policy.
