HABITAT TYPES STATUS AND IMPROVEMENTS: Cattails abundant around shoreline in several areas; aquatic vegetation in several coves.

MANAGEMENT STRATEGY: Stock striped bass x white bass hybrids and Florida bass; manage the lake as a trophy bass fishery with a 16-22" slot length limit on bass; survey the lake in 1997 to monitor the fish population.

OTHER COMMENTS: The lake has a very high abundance of bass due to the warming of the water by the power plant.
