OTHER COMMENTS: strong forage base; blue catfish reproducing; new state record hybrid striped bass caught upper Grand(Neosho R.) in spring 1995 (22 lbs. 3 oz.); tied for 1st. in Oklahoma bass tournament success in 1996; major improvements in crappie population
